Civil servants and contract agents can apply. For contract agents, French nationality is required.
Category: Category B (intermediate)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Apply on the employer's site MOB-MI, by clicking « Postuler sur le site employeur » on the official offer page. You need to create a candidate account.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Move planned from Paris 12th to Saint-Denis from 2027.
- Working week of 39 hours, with 22 RTT days.
- For civil servants: base IFSE of 685 € for category B.
