Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking, table service or community employee, or vocational bac in cooking or table service
The profile they look for:
- Trained in the HACCP method.
- Know and apply the hygiene rules of the workstation.
- Use packing and cooling equipment.
- Show initiative, logic and rigour.
- Be versatile, communicative and respectful towards colleagues and patients.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
