Diploma: Licence (bac +3) or equivalent.
Experience: Experienced candidates wanted, in health and social care.

- Work experience in health and social care is wanted.
- Good skills in conducting interviews by phone or chat.
- Good listening skills and easy contact with people.
- Rigour, organisation skills and respect for confidentiality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
