Open to civil servants and contract staff. Posts are open at the grades of Attaché, Attaché principal, Ingénieur and Ingénieur principal. A contract employee may be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Engineering-level higher education in civil engineering, building, public works, planning, town planning, territorial engineering or an equivalent technical field.
Experience: Confirmed, significant experience in technical management, project ownership or territorial planning.
The profile they look for:

- Significant experience in technical management, project ownership or territorial planning.
- Experience in a local authority, seen as an important advantage.
- Knowledge of public procurement, asset management and ecological transition.
- Ability to make decisions, arbitrate and lead change.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
