Experience: Significant experience in a local authority, ideally in HR management roles

- Proven skills in change management and negotiation
- Experience running social dialogue
- Management skills and project leadership
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
