Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for human resources.
- Knowledge of civil service status and social law.
- Knowledge of job and skills management (GPEEC).
- Knowledge of change management and staff interviews.
- Knowledge of how staff representative bodies work.
- Knowledge of the payroll budget and social report indicators.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
