Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A competitive exam is not required, because the Adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Good cooking skills
- Knowledge of the HACCP method and hygiene rules
- Knowledge of food products and quality standards
- Good stock management skills
- Able to work in a team, work independently, and be organised and punctual
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
