Diploma: CAP or vocational Bac in cooking appreciated, or equivalent experience
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and the sanitary control plan.
- Solid cooking skills, including mastery of cooking methods.
- Ability to coordinate, lead, train and assess a team.
- Rigorous, methodical, adaptable, with a sense of public service.
- Good command of traceability and reporting tools.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
