Priority is given to civil servants by transfer, secondment or aptitude list. Contract staff can also be hired, as the grade is an entry category C grade without a competitive exam.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
