The profile they look for:
- Hold a CAP or BEP in cooking, or a vocational baccalaureate in catering
- Have solid training in traditional and mass catering
- Know and follow strict hygiene rules, including the HACCP method
- Master cooking and cleaning techniques
- Know how to organise and lead a team
- Be rigorous, autonomous and proactive
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
