Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: One or more CAP in catering (at least cooking, baking or food industry)
Experience: Experience in collective catering
The profile they look for:
- At least a CAP in catering (cooking, baking or food industry).
- Experience in collective catering.
- Good sense of organisation and priorities.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules and the HACCP method.
- Good people skills and team spirit.
- Ability to suggest ideas.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
