The profile they look for:
- Hold a CAP, BEP or vocational bac in cooking or catering, or a higher diploma.
- Master cooking techniques and collective catering.
- Know and follow hygiene rules, including the HACCP method.
- Read technical sheets and adapt menus to seasonal products.
- Be organised and rigorous.
- Have a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
