Diploma: CAP cuisine, BEP cuisine or bac pro restauration, or a higher diploma
The profile they look for:
- Have a CAP cuisine, BEP cuisine or bac pro restauration, or a higher diploma
- Have solid training in traditional and mass catering cooking
- Know and follow strict hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Be able to read technical sheets and present dishes
- Be rigorous, independent and a good team player
- Have a sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
