Diploma: BEP in cooking or collective catering (level 3)
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Have at least a BEP in cooking or collective catering
- Know culinary techniques for collective catering
- Know how to use and maintain kitchen equipment
- Know how to plan menus
- Know and apply the food safety plan (plan de maîtrise sanitaire)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
