Experience: Experienced in collective catering
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in collective catering
- Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
- A sense of autonomy
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
