Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open at the adjoint technique grade, an entry grade in category C that allows direct hiring without a competitive exam.

Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking, or vocational bac in catering, or higher diploma
Experience: Experienced candidate
The profile they look for:
- Have a CAP or BEP in cooking, or a vocational bac in catering.
- Master culinary techniques and collective catering.
- Know and follow hygiene rules, including the HACCP method.
- Know how to present and decorate dishes.
- Be rigorous, independent and organised.
- Have a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
