Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. An entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring without a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP or CAP in cooking
The profile they look for:
- BEP or CAP in cooking required
- Mastery of culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food storage and food hygiene rules (HACCP)
- Reliable, regular work and good teamwork
- Driving licence B strongly recommended
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
