Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted. Experience in administration is welcome.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of local government, French administration and public services.
- Strong skills in office software, the internet and IT tools.
- Welcoming, listening, polite and patient with the public.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Organised, rigorous and autonomous, with a team spirit.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working time: 35 hours a week over 5 days.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Free parking and a train station less than 10 minutes' walk away.
