Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The grades open are agent de maîtrise and agent de maîtrise principal. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply under contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or vocational bac (bac pro)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules, cleaning and disinfection.
- Knowledge of pupils' nutritional needs.
- Knowledge of food preservation and storage rules.
- Sense of authority and ability to manage colleagues.
- Autonomy, rigour and respect for regulations.
- Teamwork and reporting to the general secretary.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
