Open to civil servants of the territorial public service in the listed grades, and to contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Cooking diploma at level V at least (CAP/BEP)
The profile they look for:
- Hold a cooking diploma at level V at least.
- Know hygiene and safety rules and the HACCP method.
- Know nutrition recommendations and special diets.
- Be able to lead and motivate a team.
- Manage a budget and stock rules.
- Be able to communicate with teenagers.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
