Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The posts are open to technical assistant and supervisor grades of the local civil service.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master cooking techniques and meal production for mass catering.
- Know hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Know stock management rules and balanced nutrition rules.
- Be able to organise and lead a team and prevent conflicts.
- Be autonomous, responsive and able to handle stress.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
