This job is open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can apply, because an entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master culinary techniques and meal production for collective catering.
- Know and apply hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Know stock management rules.
- Be able to organise and lead a team, and prevent conflicts.
- Be able to write technical sheets, schedules and reports.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
