Experience: Experienced candidate required.

- Master cooking techniques and mass catering meal production.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Organise and lead a team, and prevent and handle conflicts.
- Be well organised, autonomous and quick to react.
- Manage stock and write technical documents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
