Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: CAP-BEP in hotel trade (cooking option), vocational bac or BTS. Professional title in managing a mass catering unit also requested.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Mastery of cooking techniques and mass catering
- Ability to organise and lead a team
- Office software skills and the WebGerest software
- Organised, rigorous and independent
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
