Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Master cooking techniques and mass catering meal production
- Know hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method
- Know the rules for managing, storing and keeping food stock
- Organise and lead a team and handle conflicts
- Be autonomous, well organised and able to handle stress
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 8 days)
Apply on the employer's website, in the job offers section, and quote the job reference. Send your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
