Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking preferred (not required)
Experience: Experience in collective catering preferred
The profile they look for:
- Mastery of cooking techniques for collective catering
- Knowledge of catering rules (hygiene, safety, PMS, Egalim law)
- Ability to manage stock and make purchases
- Ability to coordinate a team
- Good people skills and a public service mindset
- Strict on cleanliness and hygiene
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
