Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply by contract.

The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and production skills for school catering
- Know and apply hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method
- Organise and lead a team, and handle conflicts
- Know stock management rules and food storage rules
- Work independently, with good organisation and initiative
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the Île-de-France Region website, in the job offers section, and give the offer reference.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
