This job is open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and cooking techniques for collective catering
- Know and apply hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method
- Know how to organise and lead a team, and handle conflicts
- Know stock management rules and food storage rules
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
