Diploma: CAP cooking or BEP cooking or Bac Pro Catering, or higher diploma
Experience: Not stated. Collective catering experience can replace the diploma.
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP cooking, Bac Pro catering, or higher diploma, or collective catering experience.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and hygiene rules.
- Knowledge of European food hygiene and traceability rules.
- Knowledge of the EGALIM law.
- Ability to manage and work in a team.
- Rigorous, independent and quick to react.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
