Diploma: CAP or BEP in cooking, bac pro in catering, or a higher diploma
Experience: Experience in collective catering
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in cooking, bac pro in catering, or a higher diploma.
- HACCP training.
- Experience required in collective catering.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Independent and organised.
- Sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
