- Higher education, bac+3 to bac+5, in marketing, digital, customer relations or project management.
- Excellent command of digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Good skills in analysing and using customer data.
- Mastery of project management methods.
- Autonomy, rigour, creativity and good interpersonal skills for cross-team work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
