  • Run the Alumni platform and coordinate its changes with the provider and the IT department.
  • Ensure the quality of the Alumni database data.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance of the database with the data protection officer.
  • Manage theme groups and support Alumni referents.
  • Train Alumni referents through tutorials, webinars and workshops.
  • Produce dashboards and indicator reports for management.
