Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

- Good people skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of customer management.
- Good skills with standard office and IT tools.
- Knowledge of how local authorities work.
- Organised, rigorous and independent, with a sense of initiative.
- Strong writing and speaking skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
