Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grades offered (adjoint technique) are entry grades in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
