Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, as the grade is an entry grade in category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or pro bac in the building sector, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Not stated. Significant equivalent experience in maintenance work can be accepted.
The profile they look for:
- CAP, BEP or pro bac in building trades, or equivalent experience.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Good practical knowledge of building trades.
- Knows and applies safety rules.
- Able to find a simple fault and suggest a repair.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
