Civil servants (adjoint technique grade) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP cooking or equivalent
Experience: Not stated; if no CAP, similar experience is valued
The profile they look for:
- CAP cooking or equivalent level, otherwise similar experience valued
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules for kitchens
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Safe lifting and handling movements
- Ability to respond well in emergencies
- Discretion, professional secrecy and duty of reserve
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
