Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or Bac Professionnel in hotel and restaurant work or versatile catering agent
Experience: Experience in collective catering expected
The profile they look for:
- Experience in collective catering.
- Knowledge of food product ranges and catering equipment.
- Skills in food production for communities, ideally hospitals.
- Food hygiene in collective catering (HACCP / GBPH) and regulations (PMS).
- Team spirit, punctuality and professional discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
