The profile they look for:
- Cooking skills: preparation, presentation and decoration.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety rules.
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection principles.
- Knowledge of food products and their quality indicators.
- Punctual, rigorous, organised and independent.
- Friendly with students and a good team player.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- No remote work possible.
- Variable hours, with work possible outside usual hours.
- Mainly based in the West sector, with possible tasks in other buildings on the site.
- Standing work, lifting loads, and exposure to noise, heat and cold.
