Diploma: CAP in hotel and restaurant work, or vocational Bac in hotel and restaurant work
The profile they look for:
- Master cutting, assembling and plating techniques
- Know collective catering and basic equipment such as food processors and slicers
- Know good hygiene practices and the HACCP method
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
