Diploma: CAP in hotel and catering, or Bac Pro in hotel and catering
The profile they look for:
- CAP or Bac Pro in hotel and catering
- Skill in cutting, assembling and plating techniques
- Knowledge of mass catering and equipment such as food processors and slicers
- Good hygiene practice and HACCP method
2 Résumé and cover letter
