The profile they look for:
- Able to work in a team and report to the kitchen manager.
- Knows cooking techniques and food products.
- Masters food hygiene and safety rules.
- Follows ergonomic rules for lifting and handling.
- Knows computer tools, for example for labelling.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
