Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of adjoint administratif principal 1st or 2nd class. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant applies.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BTS in accounting or secretarial work, or equivalent, preferred
Experience: Experience in a similar job or in town hall secretarial work required
The profile they look for:
- Similar experience or town hall secretary experience required.
- Knowledge of the territorial civil service status.
- Knowledge of the rules for local authorities and public bodies.
- Knowledge of Berger Levrault HR and public accounting software.
- Good administrative writing and respect of legal deadlines.
- Rigour, discretion and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
