The profile they look for:
- Holds a BEP or CAP in cooking.
- Rigorous in carrying out tasks.
- Discreet.
- Adaptable.
- Comfortable with computers (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of the Hestia software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Fixed schedule from 6:30 to 14:30, with no break.
- 1 to 2 weekends worked per month.
- Fixed meals on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Remote work is not possible.
