Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

Experience: Experienced; a similar job in a local government body is wanted

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website from the offer. Send your cover letter and CV addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Part-time job, 17h30 per week
- Job done in pairs with the current staff member, for a gradual handover
- Remote work not possible
- No management role
