Who is responsible

Kandidatu (kandidatu.com) is an independent website that explains public job calls. It is not part of any Spanish administration and it is not endorsed by the Boletín Oficial del Estado. Contact: info@kandidatu.com.

What we collect on the Spain pages

You can read the Spain pages without giving us any personal data: there are no accounts or forms here yet.

Like every website, our server keeps a technical log of visits (address of your device, page, time) for a few days, only to keep the site secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you click «Accept» in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful (legal basis: your consent). It then sets cookies and receives information about your visit (pages seen, device, approximate area), not your name or email. Google's advertising features are turned off for this site. If you click «Reject» or do nothing, it does not load at all. A small cookie (kd_consenso) remembers your choice for 6 months; you can change it anytime with «Cookie settings» at the bottom of every page.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share data and we do not use advertising cookies. The job cards never contain the names of people mentioned in the official texts.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@kandidatu.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
