How the selection works

System: Concurso-oposición (competitive examination plus merit assessment). The examination phase is worth 60 points and has two eliminatory tests: a multiple-choice questionnaire of up to 100 questions with four answers (0 to 30 points, minimum 15, with a penalty for wrong answers) and a 90-minute practical exercise (0 to 30 points, minimum 15). The merit phase is worth up to 40 points, is not eliminatory and applies to those who pass the examination, mainly valuing professional experience and higher qualifications.
