- Be at least 18 years old and not over retirement age
- Not dismissed from public service by disciplinary procedure and not disqualified
- No conviction for sexual offences or human trafficking
How the selection works
System: Concurso-oposición. Competitive examination: one eliminatory exam with a 100-question multiple-choice test (plus 10 reserve questions) and two practical cases of 10 questions each, in a maximum of 180 minutes; wrong answers subtract one quarter. Then a merit-assessment phase (maximum 100 points).

- Exempt from the fee are, among others, people with a disability of at least 33%, jobseekers meeting the conditions of base 4.12, and large families.
