How the selection works

System: Open concurso-oposición. Exam phase (70 points): first exercise is an 80-question multiple-choice test with four options, 90 minutes, maximum 35 points, minimum 17.5; second exercise is a practical test with two case studies, 2 hours, maximum 35 points, minimum 17.5. Merit phase: work done and seniority, up to 10 points each.
