Paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, counts if your resume describes it clearly.
With education: You need a master's degree (or higher) in social work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Education cannot replace experience at this grade. Foreign degrees must be evaluated by a private organization as equal to a U.S. accredited degree, or given full credit by a U.S. accredited college.

- Most recent performance appraisal, if applicable
- Cover letter (optional)
How you will be rated: Your application package, including your resume, supporting documents, and questionnaire answers, is reviewed to see if you meet the qualifications. Missing or incomplete information can make you ineligible or lower your rating. If the agency finds you inflated your qualifications or experience, you may lose consideration.
