Specialized experience means work such as giving expert advice on electrical design, managing electrical project schedules and resources, serving as a Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR, a person who oversees contracts) or equivalent, or working as a professional electrical engineer on power quality, capacity, or emergency power studies.
With education: An engineering degree from a program with at least one ABET-accredited program (ABET is an engineering accreditation group), or a degree that includes calculus and at least five of seven listed engineering science courses.
